Recently, Perry’s death was identified when Doctor ​​Mark Chavez, an operator at a ketamine clinic, pleaded guilty. He sold ketamine lozenges to Perry with a significant amount of anesthetic ketamine and wrote a fraudulent prescription intended for Perry. He had been using ketamine for infusion therapy as a treatment for depression and anxiety.
