Cars have reached a plateau in the quality of their designs, and while buyers argue whether to keep buttons and knobs or digitize, most accept that a sedan or SUV is the perfect base on which to build. I would agree, but one glaring flaw blinks back, or rather, blinds me: brights. High beams are the bane of my existence, and don’t even get me started on their usage late at night. I would appreciate their utility and simplistic design, but literally no one knows how to use them anymore! I turn ONE corner on Kennedy, and I’m suddenly burned with the piercing light of a thousand suns, permanently damaging my corneas and leaving me swerving off the side of the road. Well, there goes any hope of my insurance rate falling.
