Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on May 8 that he once had a parasitic worm in his brain, which caused mind fogginess and severe memory loss in 2010. When questioned if the medical condition would make him unfit for the presidency, he posted a message on X, which read “I offer to eat 5 more brain worms and still beat President Trump and President Biden in a debate, I feel confident in the result even with a six-worm handicap.” Kennedy states that a doctor suggested that a worm “may” have been the cause of his memory issues, and other doctors say RFK Jr’s story seems “incomplete.”
