, and Sophie Comeau are embarking on a new project. This year, El Gato will release a senior video. In this video, there will be short segments of interviews from all 445 members of the class of 2016. They are filming students in groups and alone, to add to the variety of the video. The parts of the interview for each person or group will not be very long, but each and every senior will have a small part of the whole video.
The idea for the project started last year when Hagar and Hinsche came up with the idea. The trio is working very hard to film all the seniors so that everyone can be a part of the video.
Even though this project will be challenging, Hagar says “it’s a large undertaking and it is going to take a lot of time, but it’s going to be worth it. The goal is to showcase each individual’s personality to make one big ‘people story’ about LGHS. “
The goal is to finish the project before graduation to show to the entire senior class at some point before everyone leave LGHS for good. The video will be a last bonding moment for the senior class before everyone embarks on their own individual journeys after high school.
