Picture this: it’s a chilly fall morning, with a crunch of leaves underfoot each step, accompanied by a crisp autumn breeze. Only one thing can improve your morning: a fall-flavored drink. Luckily, on Aug. 26, Starbucks launched its 2025 fall menu, and it is the perfect time to try it!

Pumpkin Spice Lattes, whether served hot or iced, are a staple during this season. The drink is a creamy coffee beverage featuring espresso, steamed milk, and pumpkin puree, with warm spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, all topped with whipped cream. This drink truly captures the flavors of autumn, offering a light, refreshing experience. This refreshment is perfect for anyone who enjoys the flavors of fall. If you have any dietary restrictions, the app provides options to adjust the drink’s inclusions.

As for more unique drinks, the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado is an eight-ounce hot beverage featuring three shots of Blonde Espresso (Ristretto), steamed oatmilk, pecan syrup, holiday spice flavors, and a pecan crunch topping. This drink is subtle and lighter coffee-wise, so if you are a strong coffee fan, you might prefer a different taste. The next delightful drink, the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, made its debut in the fall of last year and returned after being a fan favorite. This beverage features two shots of Blonde Espresso, creamy oat milk, rich pecan flavors, topped with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and pecan crunch. These nutty flavors, brown buttery notes, and spices come together to make a smooth balance of sweetness and spice. Customers often compare this drink to a pecan pie. Overall, these drinks are a fantastic choice for those who want to venture beyond their usual pumpkin spice drink.

If you’re looking for something on the sweeter side, the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino is the drink for you! This beverage is cold, blended coffee combining milk, pumpkin, and classic fall spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, served with whipped cream and a pumpkin pie spice topping. The caramel and toffee tones are clearly present, making it a dessert-like drink. Another item is the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, which is made with black tea, warm spices like cinnamon and cardamom, and milk, topped with a sweet pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice. It’s thicker and gratifying, with pumpkin flavors that feel more pronounced than the classic latte. The cold foam adds a light, airy finish that emphasizes fall.

Finally, if you are an avid coffee drinker, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is an iced drink featuring smooth, sweetened cold brew coffee, topped with a rich, velvety pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice. This drink has a much stronger coffee flavor, is more bitter, and has fewer hints of pumpkin. This is especially unique because it differs from the traditional sweet pumpkin drinks.

The Starbucks 2025 fall menu is full of warm flavors with a focus on cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin. Whether you’re looking for something with a cozy sweetness or strong coffee flavor, this year’s lineup has something to satisfy every autumn craving.
