  1. Thrilled to see that upgrading from processed foods to from-scratch cooking is a successful venture for the high school kitchen! I hope something similar can be replicated in LGUSD.

I appreciate that you presented this as a video interview instead of a written article, because as a parent it’s nice to (at least virtually) “get to know” one of the many hard-working people in our schools beyond the teachers we meet at Back-to-School night.
