Heading into her second year of El Gato, senior Katie Borders begins her battle against senioritis. As an avid Starbucks orderer, proud night owl, and weekend mall rat, this El Gatan can be found taking photos of aesthetic flowers from various angles and heard a mile away walking in her flip flops. Borders’ camera roll may be 90 percent pictures of her mini goldendoodles, but she is passionate about working on “the cat” newspaper.
