There have been many surprises this NFL season. Many of last year’s top teams have disappointed fans with their performances in the first seven weeks of the season, but there have also been many impressive success stories.
Russian Meteorite Tested
On Wed., Oct. 16, a, 5-foot-long chunk of the Russian meteorite, Chelyabinsk,which fell to earth Feb. 15 of this year, was pulled out of Lake Chebarkula from a depth of 65 feet. When brought to the surface, the rock broke into three pieces, all of which were saved.
Preparing for the 2014 World Cup Brazil
With the 2014 World Cup Brazil™ approaching, many teams are trying to earn the final qualifying spots. Thirty-two teams are allowed to advance to the World Cup, and 21 of those spots have already been taken.
