The Kardashians recently hit the ten year anniversary of their hit reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Amongst the nostalgic reruns and candid interviews, Kardashian fans have been extremely enthusiastic. However, their excitement escalated on Sat. Sep. 23, when news broke that the youngest sister of the Kardashian-Jenner empire, Kylie Jenner, is expecting.
TMZ was the first to report the news claiming that the 20-year-old and her boyfriend, Travis Scott, are about to become parents to a baby girl. Many fans were first skeptical, as TMZ is commonly a questionable source. However, within hours, sources such as, CNN, People, ABC, and New York Daily News confirmed the news.
According to The New York Daily News, “the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is about five months pregnant”. Since the news was made public, the fashion and makeup mogul has been seen throughout Los Angeles in loose fitting clothing, particularly oversized t-shirts.
Although Jenner has not confirmed nor denied the news, her mom and manager, Kris Jenner, briefly mentioned the situation. While in Milan for the Versace Fashion Show, Jenner refused to directly address the news, however, she claimed “I think it’s kind of wild that everyone is just assuming that that’s just happening. Something happens every single day. You never know what is going to break at any moment”.
Since then, it has been reported that Jenner has spent nearly 70,000 dollars on baby clothes. Although fans are eagerly waiting for Jenner and Scott’s confirmation, Jenner has made it clear in previous episodes and interviews that “thirty is too late [for a kid]. Every psychic said I’m only gonna have two kids.” At the age of 20, her pregnancy may be highly probable.
